FUNC-BOX Training has a simple goal, to get you the best multi-functional exercise device on the market as quickly as possible. Every day, we deliver to customers all over Australia, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times through our website, email, telephone and social media.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent from the manufacturer, FUNC-BOX Training, for dispatch within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Your unit will be sent from us, the manufacturer, to Pack and Send Pty Ltd, this usually takes place within a 3-5 business day time-frame and Pack and Send Pty Ltd process the orders, which takes an additional 1 day.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Australian orders are shipped by courier and are delivered in Brisbane or surrounding cities by the following day. Interstate orders, outside of Queensland, are generally fulfilled within 2-3 business days from ordering. That is to say, your items will arrive 2-3 business days after being processed.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please ensure that you enter your address correctly as it will be printed on the shipping labels exactly as you enter your details. It’s not our policy to re-send your order if you enter your details wrong. We will endeavour to assist you as best we can, however we are not magicians, or wizards with the powers to magically make your package teleport from the wrong address to the right address. If you did make a mistake and it has not left our courier we may be able to fix the address, however if it is sent off to the wrong address it’s unfortunately out of our hands.
To complete your return or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Just email us with why you would like a refund and we will be happy to help you out!
